Mia Culpa, 1 packet of True Lime is equivalent to 1 tablespoon of juice. If you want to make lime juice to use in recipes, add 1 tablespoon of water to 1 packet of True Lime. (2 tablespoons water, 2 packets of True Lime, etc.)
I love adding this to plain water-totally "jazzes" it up with ease. Great as a weight-loss aide.
Sold in the Juice aisle with the concentrated lime and lemon juice. I thought I was buying a dehydrated lime juice to which you add water and make lime juice. Apparently not. No instructions on the box or packets. Just adding it to a "water bottle" sounds more like a "drink" than juice. I need lime juice for cooking recipes. Buyer beware.
I love this product line! I have been using it now for several months and it adds a great flavor to almost everything! I have used it in water, baking products, as a flavoring for poultry, vegetables and even in sauces! I have used it to help me clean the tiles in my bathroom and it even helps to get rid of stains! THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PRODUCTS EVER!
great taste...i use it in reciepes....marinades...
and i love it to rim a margareta glass....
True Lime went way beyond my expectations. It tastes excellent, as close to real lime taste as possible. Great for drinks and recipes as well, for example, adds great lime flavor to homemade salsa. I love this product.
I poured a packet of True Lime and a packet of Splenda in my bottled water. It made a delicious tasting, low calorie refreshing beverage.
